The goal is to help you build something that holds long after I'm gone. It is not an endless retainer fee, but instead, when the work is officially done, the leaders and team should function autonomously.  That beings "said," I'm never too far away for fine-tuning! 

It's a structured way to understand how leadership behaviors are experienced by others and how those behaviors shape the day-to-day environment of a team or organization. It’s less about what leaders intend and more about what people actually feel, see, and respond to within the enviroment.

An assessment identifies gaps between intent and team experience, misalignment, hidden friction, and can guide executive coaching, team coaching, and other team engagements. Additionally, it helps to track progress over time.

When everyone is committed, prioritizing this type of engagement, an assessment tells the whole story and enables genuine transformation.

Where communication is unclear and/or fractured and why, what people aren’t saying
“in the room” but it’s being said elsewhere, the gap between what leadership believes
is true and what the team is actually experiencing, early indicators of trust erosion, disengagement, or talent risk, misalignments that are slowing execution.

You’ll receive a Findings Report (written and verbal), a prioritized list of recommendations
(what needs to move first), and depending on the type of engagement, on-call access to
an Advisor to work through issues that surface.

Many start with Package 2. They know they need "something," they know it's not a one-time fix, but they also recognize they need objective strategic advisory support. They are committed to ending the cycle of circling the same problems and need the space to think clearly with the help of a partner who sees the whole picture and a consistent accountability structure.  However, if you're uncertain about the level of support you need, Package 1 is a great starting place.  It will give you the confidence of knowing exactly what you're dealing with before committing to solving it.  Package 1 gives you that clarity, then you decide what to do with it.
